It's going well. At three weeks in, I'd lost 6+ lbs and 10+ inches, so nothing to complain about there. I'm expecting a bit of a stall this week, but that's less to do with the plan and more to do with accidentally getting glutened on my last cheat day.
With only a handful of "rules", it's pretty much brainless. For me, that's good. I don't need anything else to think about.
I know some people complain about the perceived lack of variety, but I don't really have an issue with that. But then, I'm the girl who ate ramen for breakfast pretty much every morning from sixth grade until leaving home for college.
So how is your slow-carbing coming along?

I have been on/off slow-carb since January. About 20# lost. Haven't been keeping track of inches very well, but my pants do fit better.
