I bought some thigh meat the other day and got so frustrated trying to trim it that I threw it away. Any suggestions?
Give up on the trimming and embrace the fat. Chicken fat is a luscious treat. Enjoy it.Other than that? Not really. If you really dislike the fat, probably best to stick to breasts. I like thighs because 1) they're inexpensive, and 2) they're yummy *and* filling.
