This one couldn't be easier...it's not even really a recipe.~1.5 lbs of bottom round, sliced4 cloves of garlic, chopped8 yellow peppers (similar to Hungarian wax peppers)1 onion (standard yellow cooking onion, I think)1 container sliced mushroomshandful of snow peasHeat a little oil in a pan (high heat), throw in meat. Move it around in the pan a bit. Throw in garlic, some black pepper, some red pepper flakes and a little Chinese 5-spice. Add veggies. Give it a few shots of soy sauce. When it looks edible, eat!
