It's going well. At three weeks in, I'd lost 6+ lbs and 10+ inches, so nothing to complain about there. I'm expecting a bit of a stall this week, but that's less to do with the plan and more to do with accidentally getting glutened on my last cheat day.With only a handful of "rules", it's pretty much brainless. For me, that's good. I don't need anything else to think about.I know some people complain about the perceived lack of variety, but I don't really have an issue with that. But then, I'm the girl who ate ramen for breakfast pretty much every morning from sixth grade until leaving home for college.
I have been on/off slow-carb since January. About 20# lost. Haven't been keeping track of inches very well, but my pants do fit better.Grats on the progress you've made so far! If you lose 2# a week, you'll evaporate before the new year.
